Don't use the gym, 8-10 mile of stairs a day they recon so that should suffice. Food is an issue as you say.Yeah Al, need to keep changing exercise and hold a decent diet.

Book purchasedDon’t rush, lose the weight through eating first trust me you legs and lungs will thank you all the more for it. Get Joe wicks lean in 15 book and cook from that plus use the HIIT exercises to burn the fat and take test days.
