I was concerned I was hitting a plateau last week and felt a bit down about it. Not to worry, down 3lbs the week to 18st 1lb. Waist and hips remain approximately the same but I'm noticing some extra tone in general. Well well, could my sub-18st happen this next week? That would be cool although I'm heading back to eclair country!

Well some good news today, went to purchase some new jeans only to find my normal size is a bit baggy, tried the size down and they were perfect fit so 36" waist now down to 34" waist - happy days

There's some good progress going on. Well done, all. Peer pressure has enticed me to start taking my gym stuff with me when I travel, so yesterday I had an hour in the gym before breakfast. Today, with less time, I shall do a 7-minute workout. Generally I have more energy and better mood. This is good. All of you, I thank you.

Good stuff, Crud! This peer pressure/encouragement is what's making it happen for several of us.

Today's effort, goals were 30 mins rowing @ an average of less then 2:20 per 500m and if I could, 6500m, tick!! Proper fooked tho! Generally 21 strokes per min apart from sprint at end to hit 6.5k 55885

My gym kit is making a trip to the States on Monday week, which is good as I think it’s sitting clean and neatly folded in my case from February’s trip there!
I’m impressed by your dedication. It’s so hard to use the gym on a trip when you’re battling jetlag exacerbated by yet another late dinner followed by the customary ‘one’ at the hotel bar on return. That’s where I fall to peer pressure.....

Yay!!!! At long last I can confirm 2 1/2 stone now off properly! That was hard to shift the last couple of pounds with many distractions along the way, including several weeks where I went back up frighteningly fast! Anyway 19st 2lb flat. Now to get it to read with an 18 at the start for the start of May?

Come on folks; beach ready for Tuscany!!!

Well done, Newton!
I've been a bit remiss at posting lately, but shall update my chart soon. I'm finally hovering just under 18st, so it's great seeing a 17 at the front for the first time in over a decade. I think that was my initial aim to be sub 18 for Le Mans and already there with a month and a half in hand so lets see if I can shift a few more pounds before then.
