sorry to hear that, hope everyone was ok and not too much damage, guessing not the Maserati?Morning everyone.
Not happea today as I have to start sorting the mess from some idiot cutting me up on a motorway slip road when she decided she wanted to remain on the m25, was two lanes away from it and the slip road was now separated from the motorway by white chevrons.
Oh well.
A very windy Hertfordshire this morning, glad I decided to take the GTS down to Matt yesterday.
Am a little worried about my daughter having to driver from Bradford to Hertforshire today in her little Fiat 500, roads will be a mess and some people will still drive like its a beautiful calm summers day.
I have tried - but she is a newly qualified teacher and insists she has to come home today for work tomorrow. I like the work ethic (get it from me) but not if it puts her at unnecessary risk. I have added her boyfriend to the insurance this morning so they can share the drive ...... slow and steady - no rush and keep away from lorries !I’d really try and persuade her not too. It’s unbelievably windy here in Worcestershire.
They fixed the power here at 8pm. Temporary fix and nothing to do with the weather, just our house, something’s gone bang in the street. At least we managed to use the last 5 years of daft Christmas present candles, down side is the house now smells like Lush.
Wind speed map...97mph. Surprised any of my trees stayed up.And it's all heading South now...
Should've got it going before the storm , it might deliver it to your back door.Haha, my bbq has moved maybe 8ft from its little corner.should be tucked under the garden room window..View attachment 65400
