With all you lot going down with manflu/the sniffles/corona virus, I suppose hospitals are to be avoided over the next few weeks...

Mrs MLC and I use Vicks First Defence, it really works! So when you're getting the first symptoms give it a few blasts up each nostril and let it work its magic.

Marketing at it's best. Quite remarkable

Morning all. Another busy day in the office.

I've a feeling I've got a few days out of the office coming up, so better get sh*t done.

On a positive note I booked my flights to Inverness last night to do the Loch Ness Etape at the end of April, a nice 66 mile bike ride around the loch. Which should be nice.

In Luxembourg today and tomorrow at short notice which is shite. And puts me on the back foot for a mate's birthday weekend.

Oh well - have a nice meal and wine on expenses to look forward to :)

Yep, been here a few times and just look out the window most of the time.....

Probably safest, it’s usually full of Brummie drug dealers, when they put the Spitfire sculptures up the locals thought they were surf boards.

Morning all going to be looking after a poorly Ms French now.
So far this year we have had a gastro virus and now this winter bug.
So much to be getting on with but not at the moment.
Take care all.

Getting just a little excited for the imminent arrival of the Gulietta; I must be a petrol head as I'm more excited about this than the recent arrival of my grandson! The Mito is a lease car and goes back next week, this is the first new new car we have bought since 2009... So much alcantara inside, I feel a dog grid is required!

Morning all. Little late in this morning as I dropped Joseph off at nursery.

He went in, saw his friends, turned round and said "bye Daddy" and he was off. They grow up so fast!

Morning, all. Friday, thank feck! And it's another beautiful crisp day. Good layer of frost this morning, so I'm happy to be working from home.
