Good morning - and it's another sunny one here and due to get quite warm (around 30degC....). Retracing steps over Maloja, may check out Julier in the sun (being Saturday it could be busy/slow) then the Bernina to Aprica and finally our destination in Edola - May even do the Mortirolo Pass (famed by the Giro - Italy's Grand Tour version of the Tour de France for you non-lycra lovers) ie around 3 hours and 100 miles - we'll see. PS Roary is quite happy

Good morning all, looking forward to watching the start of Le Mans later and then the end. The bits in the middle confuse me and have no idea who is winning ;-)

I think there might be quite a lot of 'confusion' related to Le Mans.

Good morning from the SM Expeditionary Force, sun is shining, dead flies dull the paintwork, alcohol dulls the mind. Race day is upon us.

Good morning all. Watching Le Mans….The only thing with Le Mans for me is that it’s just too long a race to be exciting. The start I love and then watch the last couple of hours as that’s all you need really.

Good morning from a sunny Italy (tho' thunder is generally forecast for the afternoon...) heading towards the Tonale Pass and then on to Ledro (a small lake just to the west of Lake Garda) for a couple of nights. Journey plan is on some yellow roads - we'll see how nice they are.

Good Morning all.
Beautiful here and all the windows open with just birdsong and possibly a bit of chaffing lycra from cyclists.
All my job's done yesterday so today is in the garden eating from the BBQ and chilling out :)

Morning all, fixing up a mobility scooter for my mother today, kindly gifted from MAF of this parish. I sorted the mechanics yesterday and today it is electrical bits so hoping Alex will donate some time to the cause.

Jeanette is on her way to Plymouth and back today to see her brother, he is in a bad way again. Despite that he continues to amaze us all by surviving everything that has been thrown at him, health wise.

Have fun all…

Scooter all fixed and running, all checked out and appart from a mechanically seized solenoid brake which I was able to fix, it needed new batteries and some sympathetic re-routing of the cabling etc. Should do her as a starter and later as one for the boot of a car. If we do find her an all terrain one.

Morning, world. Controls set for Calais. Always a sad day to be leaving Le Mans but what a fantastic week that was. One of the best. My stomach hurts, either from laughing or from indulgence. Or both. Probably both.
