The good morning thread

Morning, all. As many of my colleagues have public holidays today I'm hoping for an easier day so I can get packed. In traditional Le Mans form, I have already meticulously washed and polished the car inside and out. The weather, with darker motives of its own, has conspired to be shite and ensured that the local roads are wet and muddy.

That London today for team off site. Terrible night's sleep. No idea why. Will just have to make it through.

Have a good one, all

Good morning from sunny Saarland - no waterbed and it was a public holiday yesterday so no restaurant or shops open (although we had success with a bar and then a tennis club for pizza!!). Off to the Black Forest today - have done 500 before so we are travelling slightly to the east - still scenic according to Michelin map. From early observations, petrol in Germany could be cheaper than Luxembourg. Roary, the spyder, is pretty happy but urgently needs a wash - he may have to be patient

Some good driving around the Black Forest. It's a nice part of the world.

Good morning from Dover, where Le Mans kicked off with the usual pledges to be upstanding, quiet, sober citizens, to respect all people and to uphold the high standards of Sports Maserati at all times. And then the landlady asked us to please be a lot less noisy because the people in the churchyard down the road had complained. So, that went well.

Morning all.
Hacking home from Lancashire today (M6, M5), then back to work, after a very nice week in Scotland.

Good morning from the Wasserfall Hotel in Oberndorf - very appropriate name and waterfall when sitting on balcony is very soothing. Hope to leave the Black Forest today (from memory the 500 is an even more scenic route than the 463 and 14 we took which followed the Neckar river valley, but it was good) travel along the Bodensee, down to Chur and head to the Julier Pass and St Moritz

Morning all. First day back at the coalface after a week in Lanzarote with the family. A great time was had by all, so much so, we booked another holiday for August.
This time to Malta.

Better get on with earning the money to pay for it.

Morning everyone.
Grass needs cutting so that's today's job.
Took my little cat to the Vet yesterday and finally her bloods are back to normal and 200 gram heavier.
Still have to continue with the medication but she's getting better.
Poison really is nasty and she's been very lucky indeed.
Have a Great day all.
