Does it scare the little birds away too? The children are quite enjoying spotting its just the blooming noise those rooks make

Not at all , our goldfinches tits and robins and black birds thrushes unaffected by them all ,, as you can see one is right over the bird bath

Morning all , seems it's just me and Mark that wet the bed last night , I think we all ought to say a prayer for what's happening on the streets of the US at the moment , and get our military ready if it starts over here , this needs to be stamped on straight away with some size tens

Yeah, that's what the military are for, attacking the citizenry. It has worked well in Russia, China and Turkey (etc), now being tried in the USA. I can't wait for it to happen here.

Morning all. Rain today apparently.

Well done Phil.

Blimey the 4 series is ugly. Looks like a mole rat.

Morning all, woken at 2am by the fire service working on a wheely bin fire just beyond my garage! It had spread to the adjacent fence that in turn links to my garage so rather worrying. Back on site today on ropes and other repairs.

I think in years to come that BMW grille will be known as the Lamprey m:

Good morning everyone, you'll be glad to know that it's bin day again. Recycling and garden waste this week. Hope you've all remembered to put your bins out.

This year I have placed special netting sleeves over the limbs of our cherry trees to keep the rooks off... in two seasons we have only had a single cherry afrer the pesky birds ate the rest.
We leave ours for the birds - they are okay but not as good as the best-in-the-world we buy in Hereford - and its a perfect excuse for a good run-out

Morning all, clouds have blown in over night and we have had a bit or rain.

More WFH activity but plans are in place for things to get back to normal with the stores planning to open in small format form next week

Morning all. Alex is off out today to do proper work, so I'm Daddy Day Care today.

Looks a bit overcast out there although no rain forecast. That means it'll be a bit humid. Just what we want to go with the ridiculous pollen levels around here at the moment.
