The wiring has been extended for the second pair of lambdas, so that could be it. I don't want to meddle with it, so am arranging transport back up to Autoshield. There can often be teething troubles with things like this. I'm sure it'll be sorted easily enough. The only downside is that my garage of choice is 180 miles away.

MAF have you got a pair of secondary cat pipes that will fit mine I could borrow?

The reason I ask is my modded pipes come back the Monday before Le Mans and if there is a **** up I need to have a pair I can borrow....just pre empting an issue.

I'll whiz up and get them Tuesday if required???

I waved goodbye to the GS on the back of a transporter this afternoon. She's already been delivered to Autoshield, so I will hopefully get the diagnosis of the fault tomorrow. Let's hope it's a simple fix and I have her back to enjoy over the bank holiday weekend.

The accelerator potentiometer had failed. New one fitted and I will collect her tomorrow on my way back from a meeting oop north. Hopefully journey #2 from Autoshield to London will be without issue. Update tomorrow, excited to collect her once again!

Watch those average speed cameras on the M1/M6 roadworks...so long with hardly a workman in sight.

Home. No warning lights, she ran like a dream. I have a big grin on my face, made bigger when I took my son out for a blast and saw his reaction - priceless!!

I didn't have any music on during the drive back from Autoshield yesterday, almost 200 miles. Marios picked me up from the station yesterday in my car - he alerted me to his whereabouts with a big rev of the engine! We also gave Dicky Grace a lift back. I'm sure he'll be on here at some point to give his opinion on the new sound.

Hopefully mine will in the same ball park sound wise so the 3 of us make the pint glasses in Arnage rattle.
