To be fair- Don’t you think sturgeon shows less sensitivity or inclusivity than any other living human? She pours diesel on the them and us mentality. I am sure she isn’t so kind as to use the word ‘us’. I know she isn’t representative of all Scotland but how she is acting (and covering up her previous leaders serious sexual misdemeanours- this will be box office when it comes out)- is promoting angst and division. Just my opinion. Based on observations.

Entirely possible, I think BJ and that cockney bloke off the telly are both related to the Prince Regent. Aparently he was a rather generous giver of German sausage.

I agree. It is very similar when a footballer and/or their team celebrate getting awarded a penalty. It is just simply laughing in someone's face at their loss or misfortune. Not professional and just not cricket really. It is not a positive or good trate that endears me to anyone.

You are right that George 1st was the great grandson of James 1st and 6th of Scotland if you go down the female line, Georges daughter marrying a German prince.
Queen Anne who gave us the United Kingdom died without an heir but her stepbrother could have been King and would have been James 3rd and 8th of Scotland but he was Catholic so the nearest they could come up with was George 1st, Queen Anne's second cousin.

My mother is from Glasgow, so I have a big family up there. Was visiting a couple of weeks ago, it was bloody freezing!
