It’s just a pish-take, in my humble. And quite a funny, if unkind, one at that.

It’s also lazy journalism and, one might argue, an indirect consequence of wilting newspaper circulation that means the ‘papers’ can only afford to harvest ‘news’ from elsewhere rather than finding their own actual stories.

It’s because he is sorry he lost... and is not sorry about the other stuff...

I know there are some on here who think he’s the last truly principled politician in Westminster, but to me he is so far out of touch with modern reality, it’s staggering. If someone told me he was a time traveller from another planet, or from the 1970’s, that would make more sense than some of the things he says, does, or allows others in his party to say or do...

I’m leaning towards the photo being true. There 7 or 8 photos of her with different people/poses that day and she’s also got the shoe on the wrong foot.

I struggle to see why Skwakbox would photoshop such a complex image instead of just fixing the simple one, but would be interested to see the other 7 or 8

I’m sometimes amazed by the stuff I read from journalists that’s just wrong because they didn’t check or even should of known. There was an article in the BBC last week about a teddy being auctioned that was given to a British soldier by a girl in Holland while he was there in WW2.

The journalist wrote that “coming up for auction is a bear that made the journey from the D day beaches of Normandy to Germany”. Then went on to explain how the squaddy got it. How did it land at Normandy if he got it given it in Holland!
