DUDE! That's brilliant work so far! Well doneCalling it today as:
From 1/1/19: 21st 9lb or 303lb or 137kg
to 24/1/19: 20st 2lb 282lb or 128kg
so that is officially 1 1/2 stone shifted this year so far!!!!
I forgot to weigh myself. Going again tomorrow, I’ll try not to forget this time.
I seem to remember reading somewhere not to weigh yourself after exercise.....its better to be consistent with your weighing timings. Ie around same time before breakfast when you want to measure it.

So I've managed a pretty good week of eating using something a little different which Ill let you know about if it keeps working. This looks like a great little motivational challenge.....just what I need.
MY problem isn’t training....it’s boredom eating and drinking in the evenings.....a habit that needs to be broken.
I’m 53, around 5”6, and according to the scales today am 69.2kg, 10.4% body fat. Thought it would be a lot worse after the Xmas I’ve had.
Ideally I’d like to be single figure body fat and around 66.5-67kg......shredded and my abs back.
A few years ago when I was 46 I entered a “masters” (old gits) bodybuilding comp on a natural basis.
The results below were after 12 weeks of strict diet/training.....body fat was 6-7% I’m guessing.
Anywhere close to that “shred” would be pleasing.
Good luck everyone, whatever your goal is, it’s worth the effort.

Fraught day yesterday so I had to rush out of Boxing, so forgot. Will do it Friday.
Right, I'm unofficially calling it early - before my weekend eating - because this is quite significant.
My official stats will apply on Sunday morning because I expect I'll enjoy food tonight and tomorrow. I have no problem with that either because I'm doing plenty of exercise through the week and keeping well to the eating less than I use overall.
Anyway, today is the first time, possibly in 7 years since I started at my current company, when I've seen my weight start with 18st and not 19st.
You're inspiring me. I want you to keep going, and I'm trying to keep going such that it's a while before you're lighter than me.Keep at it Stevie, I hope I’m inspiring people to stick with it!
