That's my style of watch indeed and why I keep and wear everyday my Omega Seamaster which is several years old now ticks the boxes for me.Enjoying wearing a GMTII today, it's a 16710 with solid end links, but still has the pin hole lugs. Really lovely watch.

I wear an Omega Speedy Pro as my daily, on a leather strap. Some watches are just great classics, suitable for so many occasions. That's my style of watch indeed and why I keep and wear everyday my Omega Seamaster which is several years old now ticks the boxes for me.

I have the 2006 Bond version featured in the railway scene when Vesper says “Rolex?” Bond replies “Omega” and Vesper says “Beautiful”. Very similar to your 2002 and valued at about £3.5k assuming unmarked, with box and all paperwork. Watchfinder or similar will offer about £2k if you trade it.I'm toying with the idea of selling my 2002 Seamaster Bond die another day ltd edition , I've only worn it a few times in 18 years so it still looks as new with the box and papers .
The ltd editions are quite hard to value so if anyone knows where one of the other 10,007 watches is up for sale i'd appreciate knowing
My wife thinks I’m nuts because “they all look the same”!

She's got a point though!
**** knows. It’s German. Keeps time like no ones business. Can be used to navigate while flying, which I don’t do any more. Guess the difference is I learned your job, but you’d never be able to soldier....properly.That must be a pongo watch, the surfeit of numbers is the give-away. Let’s hope some of the officers are numerate as well as illiterate, because very few of the blighters are.
