Morning,

Stunning sunshine here in gods own county this morning. Hopefully wheel will be done today and I can get my car back. Then a nice clean tomorrow before driving down to the west country.

Have fun all

Morning all. Off to London for a meeting then another hotel survey.
Last day of work before Rome tomorrow.
Will be taking the laptop, to both London and Rome as work is still piling up!

Morning, lovely day in Glossop.

Bless you.

Morning, all. MOT day today. Happily the new Yellow Stuff pads are doing a good job despite only being 10 miles bedded in. The handbrake shoes need some adjustment before I pass but otherwise all good.

While I wait I've been doing lots of dribbling, and these two especially caught my eye:

Hmm. Let's try that again, but bigger.

It's a stuffing great big engine with some seats and wheels bolted to it. Perfect!

Meanwhile, back in MOT-land, I need some new handbrake shoes. The old, original, ones have given up the ghost. Bugger! "Happily" they're in stock but, I'm now wedded to main dealer parts prices and labour rates, although they were kind enough to give me a nice price.

Really, this must be the best-sorted GTS not on the market. 25% clutch wear, exceptional TCU software build, fresh serviced, new MOT, massively spec'd from factory and THE best colour. What's not to love.

Saw a really weird one and a first for me at Newbury Park on the A12 into London early afternoon, a police traffic car was pootling along in front of me and decided to pull a London Bus! Proper blues and twos stop and got the driver on the pavement to have a rant at!

I think that you will find that mine is the best sorted GTS not on the market.

With your timorous centre section and primeval TCU software? Oh, puhLEASE, Ho-Yin! We've discussed this ad nauseam and have agreed that your car has much potential but you need to drag it out of the dark ages and into the age of enlightenment. And the sooner the better, quite frankly.
