Good morning from Como. A couple of days for a work thing and then a couple for holiday. Wonderful though the location is, I'll be glad when the work bit's over. The work part is always pretty intense with the self-imposed pressure to make sure the investment is worthwhile. But the views are fantastic and tomorrow we'll rent a boat and go and bugger about for the day.

Quite the hum dinger wasn’t it!

Lots to do today including emptying the van and turning it into a camper for the weekend.

Have fun all…

With any luck we'll be there within a month - but possibly not in Roary:(

Well I'm supposed to be getting up bright and early for an 06.00 depart for a weekend of kayaking around Swanage etc. however with a hacked off client on the pub contract, the main contractor has set me an impossible deadline if 07.00 to deliver estimates on repairs at near on 70 sites! Oh yes, they demanded that at 15.30 yesterday! so it will be an all-nighter and a leisurely drive down today , having missed the days paddling....

Have fun all...

Morning Andy and everyone.
@2b1ask1 Newton I hope you got some sleep mate.
The joys of self employment.
Well nearly into the weekend and one of my cats rushed to see the emergency vet last night at 19.30 and now in the surgery.
She was not in a good way when I found her and looks like she has taken some poison.
Stay Safe all.

Morning all, it’s Friday! A few bits of prep to do for a big meeting next week and then it’s mic drop time. 1997 all day on Radio 6 Music, so concentration may be an issue.

Need to do some more mowing today. The house (well, garden) is being used for a photo shoot tomorrow for a company that sell garden furniture. (www.rattanandteak.co.uk)

Just got a message from Dorset Tractor Restoration confirming they finished my Lambo late last night, so will be displaying it the Three Okesford Rally (www.threeokesfordrally.co.uk) this weekend. I have to go tomorrow for the big reveal and hand over - so cameras at the ready!

Sorry to read about the kitty Phil, hope it makes it ok. I conked out a little after 3am and got a couple of hours kip. I've just delivered 50 estimates on time, and I'm getting on with the last 16 or so now. At least they have something to be getting on with.
