I put the old kitchen units behind my garage as garden storage, some units became cupboards in the garage. I only stored wood for burning in a garden firepit. Hardly used it last year.

So the whole lot, went to the tip last month.

Oh how I miss the tip.

Here we have recycling centres where they are pedantic on the right sort of recycling, the one thing they DO NOT accept is rubbish of any sort
Thats what happens when councils try to turn a rubbish dumps into a business and then tender the contract out, a few years down the line the contractor starts dictating to the council and to the public what they can and cant tip ................hence fly tipping ......................same can be said for replacing traditional dustmen and turning them into hygiene waste executives , exactly when did the rules change that contractors dictated to the councils ...............I remember the day when council dustmen came round the back of your house and emptied the dustbin from your back garden and replaced it back in the same place ,
surely its the councils that should dictate the terms of the contract

I don't want those filthy beasts coming round to my back passage to empty out the muck. It's enough to make your eyes water.
