REPLACEMENT FOR THE 458

Soooo... After a shorter time than expected, and with the help of a certain Mr Grace. The Aston Martin has gone. It’s been 8 months of ownership so par for the course for me. As with the 3 before I am scratching my head as to why I sold it. As soon as it went I had second thoughts, and I wavered and almost had it back a couple of times. So now I need a replacement. And it has to be epic to fill the void. No overpriced stuff in this market. Any suggestions welcome. Most of you know my previous style. There has been a bit of a theme....

Had a Cali 30. I know Cali T is the sensible choice. The hurucan is the balls out choice. Have to say Matt could be right. Really fancy a Matt Black one. But financially a 458 spider makes more sense. (DdI I actually type that sentence?)

There is a new Huracan that comes with the Performante goodies so this will in turn push the Performate down in price (at last)

Last time I looked they were £225k so it’s a lot of wedge. At £150k they would be a steal.

Can't believe you so,d that beautiful car Iain after just 8 months. It's getting to recommend anything as at this you will have had most ;) .... Hang on n a few months and the DBS will be coming in under 200k looking at prices now. But as above you've not tried a Lambo yet....or a McLaren.

You can get a PM for circa 175 now matt. Agree they are stunning. At 150 I would snap one up

I took an evo out for a test drive. Was good.. but 240k good? Now the performante is something else - but too rich at the moment. :(

The new DBSS Volante is the one. Achingly gorgeous. I’d wait for one of them over the coupe, if money wasn’t a hindrance. AM Cambridge had a blue one in. They were kind enough to wipe my drool off it. Even Mrs Crud liked it.

I tend to agree with you. Saw a blue one and a red one at Goodwood and as you say Achingly gorgeous.
