Late to the party but....
Bentley. Like most car enthusiasts and engineers I had to have one at some point. So I did.
And thoroughly enjoyed driving it. Big runs to South of France. Fast runs through Germany, hairy back lane racing in the Aberdeen ' rat runs'.
For a 2.5Te car it was awesome
However.....
It weighs slot and keeping it all on the road takes its toll on suspension with the possibility of serious expenditure every 40k miles or so. There's a lot of bushes (with arms attached). Brakes don't last long and they are big and expensive.
In fact everything is expensive.
Servicing costs are based on a new model and value, not the price you paid. So expect some very big bills.
I don't think mine had any service / visit to the dealer that cost less than £3k. There are pretty much no independents either.
I would strongly recommend driving for 50 miles plus as the seats can be oddly uncomfortable?? (Personal preference)
