Writings on the wall folks..Those self centred @#£&*()’l in Westminster went to work this morning with one agenda.....
Not making a decision.
Incorrect my right honourable friend Dw.
Their decision is to “remain”, made years ago- as that is how they feel....that’s not how they gained election, bul1shit promises...enforce the referendum vote....but they clearly don’t wanna leave.

You did. All the way to Australia. Missing the old country yet?
Yes I did, and like millions of others FC I expected my vote to be respected.
I was after all living in the UK,was entitled to vote and was simply responding to the question asked by those apparently far more superior in intelligence to me -
Leave
Or Remain.
Stupid me, I responded- offski along with 17.4m others.
What an idiot.
What, after all, would I know about the Eu....it’s clearly brilliant.....particularly if you are a fan of Ponzi schemes.

Australia....yup, thank goodness I’ve options.
Not missing Scotland at all,
Ireland, never been.
Wales, used to live in Bath.....pretty close, but very wet, so not attractive.

England- what a fuck1ng mess the English have made of ruling all of the above.....that’s probably what’s more relevant here and now.
Westminster farce, and everyone, everywhere, becoming disenchanted with its pretence that it represents them.

What scares me is that many of the wealthy Brexiteers are going to make a lot of money out of Brexit which is morally wrong
The trouble is, these sort of people tend to make money out of any situation, morally wrong? yes, will it ever be any different? no, just a fact of life, and has always, and will always be like that, as the saying goes 'the rich get richer etc etc'

Two options now (IMHO) We leave with no deal or Revocation.

Anything else will just go on forever and not get agreed.

Johnson's behaviour in this is beyond reprehensible, he's done the needful by law and requested the the extension but unsigned, and followed it with another saying that's not what he wants.

That's a step too far for me on top of many other steps of similar ilk.

He just wants his blue plaque...

Revocation is clearly the aim of remain majority Parliament - there is no deal anywhere they will support.
Unfortunately, I think it’s now become more than about Brexit now.

NI,was in many people’s minds thrown under the bus. “We will never have a border down the Irish Sea” - well that exactly what was decided. They were deceived and lied to in full view of everyone.

Scotland is clearly now looking to leave the “union” too. I’ve never been a fan of that but I now question why on earth anyone north of the border would trust that bunch in “Westminster” to act in its interests.

The United Kingdom isn’t United, it’s been broken by this whole affair and has the potential to turn toxic.
Revoking A50 is not going to appease Scots and it certainly won’t appease the Irish. The resentment in parts of the country is palpable and that Ill feeling will fester for a very long time.

It's next to Jack $h1t about the headline political rhetoric stuck to a bus and and some banners.
How/Who pays for the bits of paper to let me design a safe bridge. I could go back to old BS stuff but that wouldn't allow me to do anything outside our little rock. I'll stick to Eurocodes because they're very well thought through, if a bit long winded, and allow me to work anywhere in the EU and USA and pretty much anywhere else I fancy. If we leave then we'll spend gazillions setting up parallel systems to maintain BS versions of CEN agreed standards for every item produced. How the freak will that ever save the UK money? Oh I know, we'll buy the standards off the EU at vastly inflated prices to save a few bob of our precious sovereign wealth.

I'm not pro/anti EU or UK - I'm just a UK taxpayer so want to see some value and common sense.

Rant over.. again

Wattie, you are exceptional value. I think you provide at least a 15x return on the word effort of giving you a nudge to the quantity of words returned. Well done.

My pleasure, possibly one of the nicest things written about me on this thread Fc. I am touched.

Delay in place....Labour now touting its a Remain party.
Lib Dem’s unique factor has just evaporated.

Jeremy Corbyn's three most senior colleagues broke with their leader to declare Labour a Remain party, as they were cheered at the giant Westminster rally for a Final Say referendum on Brexit.
John McDonnell, the shadow chancellor, Diane Abbott, the shadow home secretary, and Emily Thornberry, the shadow foreign secretary, all made clear Labour's determination to keep the UK in the European Union.

Boris getting a senior aid to send a photocopy of an unsigned letter...
I suppose he thinks he's being clever, when really it is just bad manners and showing himself to be a pathetic and spineless bad loser.
The thought of this man representing the UK... I guess no more shocking than Trump being the leader of the free world.
