As we speak, the Prime Minister’s Government are preparing to apply tariffs to basic food items such as cheese and meat, the price of which will be paid by families in this country who have suffered enough. Is this really the Tory party that the Prime Minister thought she would lead—banging on about Europe, all the while creating new burning injustices every day it is in office?

So Cheese is important, I feel like SportMaserati's debate is being listened to. Thank you Alison...

I agree Wattie; we are being force fed a sickly diet of fudge.... Then the country and Europe are run by fudge packers anyway so we should expect nothing less!
Totally predictable.
TM stands up UTURNS and says “there are commitments I am making as PM and I will stick by them as I have previous commitments”
WHAT????
For the record she’s stated 108 times that we’re leaving on 29th March.
She also stated “no deal” was better than a bad deal.
You’re a ******* lying, two faced, incompetent disgrace of a human being who has TOTALLY betrayed those you are supposed to represent.......and you are not alone because there’s another few hundred sat next and opposite you who represent themeselves first and their constituents second.
They would all be swinging in days gone by.

Can I aks a question....why is the £ surging against the €?

This is a genuine question, not a flippant observation.

Some might suggest that the likelihood of there being no Brexit at all has increased since November, which is when things started getting down to brass tacks.

Extend the graph back to June 2016 and it makes a bit more sense.

There is, undoubtedly, an alternative explaination too I should point out.

What's people's thoughts on the potential impact of a flood of eastern European cheeses being imported.

Has anyone tried a Romanian or Polish cheese....
