Ill be parking mine on the driveway, garage is to small to get it in and got a rather large motorhome taking up the space as well.

Garage - protects the brakes from the winter and the paint/leather from summer sun. Also makes it easier to connect the CTEK which is a must for these cars IMHO.

I park mine on a drive but going to rent a garage after my trip to monaco. Only to take away the temptation of always driving her.

Whats the CTEK ? This will be my daily driver which is basically driving to Skipton train station once every two weeks and find a spot where no one can ding her, then occasional drives to Manchester and then of course drives over Gisburn pass and onto Lakes to go for long runs.

My 4200 CC spent nearly 4 years on my driveway (except when we were away on holidays, then I would park her in the garage). I've never felt the need for battery chargers, but then she was my daily driver. Yesterday I took delivery of my Granturismo S, which means that the 4200 CC will now be used less frequently. I drove her to an old barn in the village where she'll be stored between caravans and classic cars. The GTS will now sleep on the driveway. Should I make provisions for connecting a battery charger?

Stupid question as near me I get lots of snow and basically can't get on the road when that happens, but whats the GT like in wet/snow ? Porsche is interesting in the wet, you never drop it a gear on a roundabout without hanging onto your trousers.

Im always supprised by those who fill their garage with junk and leave any car outside. ..Ok most garages are small but most cars will go in at a push.

Seems to me that a garage is seen by many as an expensive shed.

Drive during the summer, garage over the winter.

She is going in next weeken for her hibernation.

Just a word of warning, putting a wet car in a garage is a bad thing, lack of airflow means it will rust more than it would if it was outside.

Problem is the junk won't last well outside :(

Mine have always faired well outside and the secret is to keep using them.
The garage is more useful to me as a workshop.
Even when I had my 3 car garage the 4200 went in once during the honeymoon period.
