Still family run after 150 years. They're a proper Herefordshire company, all their apples come from within the county. The by-product goes back into heat generating and waste water is treated on site.

Hence about 3 bottles a day! I was in Switzerland, there in the restaurant of the hotel you get some wine in the bottom of a large tasting glass for £10, just enough to put in your lips twice. This is ridiculous and not my way of drinking wine so I have preferred good tap water (Alps mountain).Stocked up with champagne & wine, should be ok for the next three weeks
