Embarrassingly I got caught at 67 in a 30limit - whilst entering a village from a 60limit - expensive lawyer predicted Court, Ban and big fine, I was able to plead by post, no lawyer got handed 6 points, no ban and I think it was £450 fine.

I think like most things, it’s a bit of a lottery.

No, no confiscation. When I’m in the other 2 I usually crack on a fair bit harder but I opted for the 320D estate because I was bringing some pipe back from B&Q and it wouldn’t fit in them. Thank heaven for small mercies!

'Playing' is putting it lightly......Living in Wales as well I have seen many driving like fecking idiots as the roads are quiet. Fully understand the crack down.
