Good morning everyone, another working day today. Not that I'm complaining, it's hardly back breaking.
Too much too soon.Top o' the mornin' gentlemen.
The locals have been getting into the Christmas spirits for weeks now.
What evidence have I of this egregious libel, you say? I give you this!

But, apparently the effort is for charity. So that's alright then.
My question is. How much is too much? Has this person crossed the line and left it far in his multicoloured wake?
Or, do you feel that he's still a good way to go. Before he even sees the line on the horizon?
What have you been doing on the Range Rover I must have missed that one ?morning all. Planned power outage in our hamlet 10until 14:00 today. Time for car fettling or find cafe with wi-fi?
My boss thinks I am doing a grand jobs in latest review. Should I solder on or *slack off?
*The V8 needs an hour or two to refit inlet manifold before it can go back in the Rangie
Engine swap. Bought a bargain with misfire, but everything else working well. Once cylinder had zero compression so went straight to donor engine. What have you been doing on the Range Rover I must have missed that one ?
Fair play and respect to you in such a small garage.Engine swap. Bought a bargain with misfire, but everything else working well. Once cylinder had zero compression so went straight to donor engine.
The old unit is out and new one 'almost ready', once dressed with inlet manifold and harness. The LPG kit on original made it worth saving.
Installation is reverse of removal. Pah!
Followed the dealer workshop manual up to a point. Unable to pop the driveshaft out of the front differential 'as pictured' due to altered construction. The diff was unbolted from left side of sump instead.
All work done inside damp pre-fab concrete garage. Car is nose into the up-and-over door, so both engines and crane are trapped inside until job complete.
I’m doing quite a lot to a 90’s BM at present and everything plastic breaks as soon as I look at it. Then costs an absolute fortune for a simple part, well not an absolute fortune, but 10 times the price I think it should, worse than the Maserati. But at least most parts are still available, even for a 30 year old 850.The temp guage is a Chinese cheap and nasty add on which is coming off as the dash going in has a temp guage.
Just using soapy water to clean things up as 60's plastics really are quality compared to a lot of today's stuff.
