It’s was great but it had a Larini exhaust which seemed very loud ...not sure if I can live with that
Short blasts are okay but on longer trips the incessant noise gets, imho, very boring very quickly. As alluded to though can always put back to stock and, maybe, find a buyer for the Larini.

I looked after a 4200 for a week and that had a Larini...I couldn't live with it either. At motorway speeds of 70 it was unbearable. The drone was just horrid.

You could have left her at home, Andy, and just got on with enjoying the car and its noise all by yourself?

Morning, all. Appalling sleep ended by an alarm clock and the delightful knowledge of a day in London. To make matters worse, this afternoon I need to find time to do something called 'shopping'. Only for a coat, but it's a tiresome business and frankly a shop that doesn't sell stuff powered by motors is no place for a grown man.

Just order a stack from the intertubes and send the ones you don't like back

Morning all. Very busy day today after being out of the office for most of last week.
Had some good news already as I will be paid a fair old wedge for someone I didn't know about. So thats a great start to the day.

On the down side the Jag went into the garage this morning for a service and the brakes to be looked at. It has a seized rear calliper and needs new discs and pads. :as003:

With the service it'll be about £650, which I didn't think was too bad to be honest. Still, no-one likes shelling out that kind of money first thing on a Monday morning!
