Morning all from a bright and warm Switzerland where it looks like we'll have breakfast on the terrace overlooking this. For the first time in weeks had a wonderful night's sleep in an amazing bed. It's off down the Bernardino (trying to avoid the motorway - although tags are in the glove box), brifely back into Italy and returning to Switzerland via the Lukmanierpass (where thanks to @skiman we'll watch out for stray cattle) and on to Sedrun in preparation for tomorrow's epic..........

Morning everyone very warm here and certainly got hot in my workshop with seized bolts on my 18 year old Boxster.
Got the passenger side off but the drivers side is fighting me rusted steel in aluminium hubs.
First I have to visit the tax office in Laval which is going to be fun with my limited French.
The Fun I have :)

Good morning everyone, day off from visiting replies today but have to scarper as I've got a viewing on Chateau MLC. It's a second viewing for a couple so they appear serious. So lunch out is in order. Bournemouth/Swanage tomorrow...

A very good Thursday morning to all. Chepstow was like Hollywood over the last week with me bumping into Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs. They have been making a film called The Salt Path.

Oh and a very, very happy birthday to Newton. Have a good one buddy.

Good morning all - and after last night's stormstorm.jpg
lets hope we have blue skies for our mega pass day - the Oberalp to Andermat then the Furka where maybe we'll meet007.jpeg
again (acknowledged as we were climbing Stelvio a few days ago) then we head south to Ulrichen for the Nufenen then up the Gothard (non-motorway - and thanks @2b1ask1 - HB - for the tip about the original road) to re-do the Furka so we can do the Grimsel to Inertkirchen for some shut eye (and maybe a beer)

Morning all successful interactions with the Tax office and the importation of my Jaguar which is now going to get it's French registration very quickly.
Jaguar sent me out it's certificate of conformity within 3 days after emailing me that it could take awhile charged me 240 Euros for the pleasure.
Today I aim to finish my Boxster suspension refresh which has turned out to be a bit of a chew.
Nearly the weekend though :)
