Morning all aching a bit after emptying the whole of the upstairs of the house by myself ready for the builders to start.
My local French mate was going to be my assistant but another good person now fighting Cancer.
It's a good job I've got the workshop otherwise we'd be paying to store things for a few months.
Man Maths at it's Best here.

Morning all, normal work stuff but in between I need to order a few bits so that I can get on with the utility room next weekend.

Feeling frisky, Andy..?

Morning, all. First 5-day working week in a while, and I'd be lying if I said I was looking forward to it!

So I knew I opened myself up (steady) for that one and thought who would be the first to comment. You didn’t disappoint Adam ;):). Even though I am not and never have been FECKING WELSH.

It's interesting that you vehemently deny being Welsh, Andy, yet remain silent on the matter of your affection for sheep.

Still, it's good to get one of those nasty rumours dealt with.

Ah, but surely being Welsh and affection for sheep is the same thing so one includes the other.

I beg to differ. Just because a man is Welsh it doesn't necessarily mean he has a passion for our woolly friends any more than it means he can sing. Equally, as a non-Welshman you serve as an upstanding example that even Englishmen can succumb to the charms of those big brown eyes and dirty little tails.

Good morning all. Late start as off to Ebbw Vale to hear a grievance. Lovely fresh smell outside this morning as there is much needed rain coming down.

Don’t forget the metal disks will need to swap onto the new top bearings Phil. Got caught out on that with Alex’s. Morning all, time critical jobs to do locally today and it is chucking it down!

Have fun all…

good morning from a slighly cloudy Valditrento - maybe Italy is lamenting our departure as we are off to Switzerland today - via Livigno (cheap fuel and we've done Stelvio and Umbrail) and the Forcola di Livigno pass, join Bernina pass up to Albula (less well known, although I'm hoping the surface won't be too bad as tomorrow it is shut for road works) rather than Julier which we did last year for our night in Thusis. At least that's the plan!!!

Morning, all...and welcome to being an Early Riser. Alarm successfully roused me at 5! Absolute monsoon here, with flood watch in effect until Thursday at 18:00. The dogs won't even step off the porch. A conference today & tomorrow in center city...gonna adore the walk up to the convention center from the parking garage I have access to. Will take the Stelvio, just because. Be safe out there!
