Yes Phil, a little beauty. I drove it back and had forgotten how good they are even in Mini One form. Yes we shall see if the engine goes bang and keep and eye on that timing chain etc but I had it all checked by BMW Mini and it was given a clean bill of health. It has been serviced every year from new and a 6 month warranty will be handy if anything goes wrong. Body work is in great condition and no wear on the interior but wheels could do with a refurb. Dan is over the moon and is still sat in it in the garage. Gave it my usual treatment when I got home and she looks very pretty.

So today has been about another layer of wax, back to black on the plastic, engine bay clean and deep clean the interior which is the bit I do not like doing. Pleased with the results though. Just need to figure out if those front spot lights come apart to clean as they are misted up.

No.....Yes.....compared to Denmark anyway.....

Camber Sands would be better than Denmark! Tax-wise, anyway. Plus you'd have the cachet of working somewhere that featured in a Squeeze song, something I don't believe Denmark ever managed. Don't rule it out.

Top of the morning to you all. I hope your days start shiney and bright. Cyprus seems well today, but my diary tells me I shall spend it grafting. Whilst my 'office' here is less comfortable than at home it's pleasantly warm and the bars at the harbour are a bit more lively.

Anyone near Stroud want some propane today? I have too much.
(Had to rent a propane heater last night to get the church up to a reasonable temperature, but they made me buy a huge tank of propane.)
