Morning all, I’m not sure how the day will pan out yet, may just chase numbers on the PC or I may go and do some real work. Back is improving with use and ibrufen.

Have fun all…

Sodding Police helicopter hovering over the knoll last night for some unknown reason - 1 hour of the thing, so about 4 hours of sleep before the drive to Cardiff this AM... Well at least the roads were quite despite the Choo Choo drivers taking another day off.

Board meeting today and signing off the next round of acquisitions.
This evening there is a local classic car show and I will take the TR6 for a run out.

Morning all, remind me Physio therapy is supposed to be good for you? My arms feel like they have been hit by the Land Rover again

Talk to me about it! Physio is just a new word for torture, with Sports Massage not far behind. I’m in my 5th month of pain - apparently in exchange for gain…

Hated physio when I broke my collar bone.
Thing is when you're out of action you lose your strength and it takes a long time to get back so I was grateful for the physio I had mate.

Going off on a kayak/canoe thing this afternoon, for the first time in about 40 years. Suspect it’ll be harder than it looks.

Prepare to ache in places yet unknown!

What struck me returning to kayaking after 38 od years was how much the tech has changed and also the technique used!

Long! Just over 3 hours for nearly 20km. First hour was quite fun. Next 2 were, frankly, a bit of a chore. I’m not convinced it’ll be my new hobby.
I can see the appeal, but I’ve never been a “distance” type sportsman.

Hey, if you had some fun that’s what counts. I think it’s location dependant, if you can sit on your *** and go wow at the view it’s worth it

Morning everyone!
About to head to Northampton to collect my folks and take them to Guy's hospital for my father to get a pet scan.
Thankfully I can then be useful in town as I have a meeting to solicit a new partnership for our company during the hours of my father's appointment.
Then the return journeys before meeting someone this evening.
HapPea Wednesday! xXx

Good Morning everyone and plenty going on here spent the afternoon stripping and cleaning the Opel Manta front calipers and master cylinder which are in very good order.
You can see why restoration work costs so much being time consuming and if at £50 an hour that would be another £200 on the job.
Have a Great day all.

Morning. Man I feel knackered. 1.133 miles in 2 days, can still hear the drone of the van ringing in my ears.

20km on a first trip is going to break your spirit a bit! You are going to feel that.

morning all, we got the replacement gearbox in the Boxter last night, it put up a heck of a fight, ended up taking it out, dropping the engine about 15mm on the straps and going again, this time it just dropped in , which means we hadn’t got it lined up the first time. Just goes to show!

Don’t know what today will bring but it will be a graft of some form.

Have fun all…
