Morning Chris, it does.

10 days or so till the shortest day then it’s downhill to Spring, hot days, warm evenings, car events, pubs, girls in short skirts (men in shorts, socks and sandles for the ladies) and the end of Covid and hopefully a return to a more relaxed, less argumentative attitude on SM.

P!ss off, not a chance! :D

To which part - shorts, socks and sandals?

You forget Adam, it is proper grim up north. So, no socks, shorts, sandals nor sunny disposition :)

A very good morning to all.....Good old Friday is here...So next week should be our peak week in work. At the moment it looks like we shall be doing around 15% of the volume expected and now that Wales has closed all schools I don't think the minister will be doing anything to change the hospitality which I get as Wales has the worse case rises in the UK.....but that does mean I get to have Monday off next week which originally I couldn't have so very small silver lining for me.

Every silver lining is an opportunity, Andy.

Up with the lark for a PT sessions. Today could be very good, very bad or a total zero. We shall see. In the meantime, I need coffee.

Have a great day, all

What’s it got to do with you? :D

I just like how you look when you dress up nice in the summer, that's all. Anyway, you say what you like, you'll always be my little of ray of sunshine, sugar-lips.

All that man-flirting aside, morning, all. It's dark and raining outside and not much different in my diary - 4 hours of wall-to-wall meetings. Things ease off after that and hopefully I'll bust out to stretch my legs and breathe in some fresh air.

Happy Friday, all. Stay groovy.

Morning all. Day off today. More painting to be done so the carpet can go down in Joseph's room next week.
Also have to rip up the fake wood/plastic flooring as well. Who puts that stuff in a bedroom???

All hands to the pump.

I grew up in an age of polystyrene tiles on ceilings and occasionally walls; we mostly survived!

Oh and (apparently) asbestos containing artex
I bet you even remember cork tiles being a 'thing', along with lava lamps!

Very sad.
I had no idea she was part of the Royal family.

Anyway good to know we were both trying to pause the vid as the bra flew off in the movie.
