This is what they do, they give you a normal loaner then swap it out for something spectacular, you take a long drive to the coast and next thing you know.

Hello everyone!
When will all this crazy weather end? Why am I already up? Oh well.
In other news, I have to decide if I apply for an internal job opportunity amongst all the nonsense going on in the office. I think I shall, but that could have some severe political consequences for other people.
In other better news, I found the replacement for the Merc. It's another one, 2 months older but 22k on the clock instead of the 39k that were on the old one. It's also petrol and a little more fun. I removed all the badges yesterday so there's very little that gives it away:

Fair reproach. I thought I'd keep those on, although I'm open to reasonable suggestions for alternative wheel caps and boot-lid badge. Working from home today, and also need to get the local Bosniwash to hose the filth off the Porker before it goes back, hopefully later this week (small delay with getting the Vantage QC'd, apparently. Suite me). Best crack on.
