Regular blood infusions then? How often do you have to go in?

I was always surprised at the differing ability of medics to get a cannula in, I remember one giving up on me after 10mins of prodding and going and getting a nurse who managed it in about 2 seconds.

Yeh white blood cell product every 3 weeks for almost 50 yrs,veins are holding out.

It most certainly is a skill to put cannula in and some are not so good at it,i use to do my own for about 3yrs at home but lost the skill sadly so now go to hospital for treatment

Morning all. WFH for the morning whilst a bloke comes round to put air vents in the bedrooms to try and cure the damp.
I've already told the landlord that it won't work and they have to put a damp course in (there isn't one) but no. They go for the cheap option.

Glad this is only a temporary home.

Morning, all. London today. Have a horrible feeling that man-flu is looming - it's been doing the rounds. Quite likely that a decent sleep would kick it into touch, but a decent sleep hasn't been my thing lately.

Grumbling over, it's a beautiful morning and I note with alarm / delight that when I booked a meeting just now for a few weeks time it'll actually be in March.

Longer days ahead. Wünderbar.
