Morning, it’s all about Le Mans prep. Car was fully cleaned and waxed a few weeks ago. This week I had the wheels off, de tar, clean with thinners, wax, inside and out then clean the ceramic brakes. All back on now.

Have a bit of wiring to do today then pack the boot, fuel and a test run.

Morning all, p155ing down I think I should move to another country.

Got to drop wife and girls at the airport as they are spending a few days in Dublin, visiting schools and apparently the wife needs to see the house I have bought. So it's a me and the boy weekend, we have plans.

A very good morning to all.....Madness were playing at Chepstow Racecourse last night and as we are close could hear every word....Didn't like them back in the day and still don't. Not my cup of tea. Ah well All Saints over there in a few weeks.

Morning all, well that is it I am finally caught up with the Marvel films! Was a late one in the end as Stratford was full so ended up at Dagenham but it didn’t start till gone 10. Bit pooped this morning, I have to have s go at welding some cast iron today for a friend, could be fun!

Last day with the press fleet Stelvio (loaned while my 289,000-mile 156 received some fettling). Doing some stuff for Parker’s with it (though I’ll write a mini-review in the Alfa section later, if anyone’s interested?).

I normally hate SUVs but this one’s actually grown on me. I’m going to miss it
