UK included no doubt? Be great to see you Phil, maybe time it with an Ace meet or something, are you hosting th LeMans rabble this year for an evening?
Yeah meeting up in Laval with the SM Gang.

Morning , TT was brilliant
On the boat back now listening to bikers stories, my mate John had a mate who crashed at speed through a hedge and a good way into a field when he was 18-19

Somebody saw it and called the police, when the copper arrived he said how did you get so far in , how fast were you going

What is the speed limit here

40

39 then

Thinking on his feet to disguise the speed he said , you see all those cabbages , they acted like ball bearings leaving me here

The copper said , that's the best excuse I've ever heard

Morning, World of SM. It's chucking it down here, all ready for the trundle down to Dover later on. I'm two hours down on work calls and then have another one later on before heading out. Need to get the car packed in between calls (and showers).

Happy Monday, all.

Morning everyone!
Working at home and watching the rain pour down out there! And then it'll be time to take the Spyder to Martin's house ready for the off tomorrow. Can't wait!
HapPea Monday!

Today will drag. Office bound. My prep for Le Mans is packing my bag. Little point giving the Jag a wash as it's been hammering down all night.
Probably given it a better wash than I would.

Just filled the tank. Will probably last me all week! :lol2::lol2:

Last day with the press fleet Stelvio (loaned while my 289,000-mile 156 received some fettling). Doing some stuff for Parker’s with it (though I’ll write a mini-review in the Alfa section later, if anyone’s interested?).

I normally hate SUVs but this one’s actually grown on me. I’m going to miss it :(
Yup I’d be interested on your Stelvio thoughts. Sounds like it’s a winner!

Good morning, everyone!
Woken up and too excited to go back to sleep. In other news, the flush had broken on Martin's toilet.
HapPea Le Mans off day! :tomato7:

I only had a short test of the 280bhp one, but loved it. If they'd been out for another year already I'd probably get one with the extra depreciation hit taken by someone else.

Morning all, rain seems to have eased/stopped thus far so I’m off to do some inspections then up to Holborn later to chair a meeting.

Have fun all (especially those off to LeMans)....

Afternoon everyone
Home after a pleasant weekend in Whitby.
Weather was ok, everything else great

Maybe off to a Jaguar garage tomorrow morning .
Looking at an XF or F type to replace my QP
Will I have to leave the forum?

There's a few of us gone on to different marques but I still love this forum and people I have met.
So no need to leave.

It would be a very boring forum if we all just lived and breathed Maserati.............I think we would have run out of things to say a long time ago!
