I don't think that's access to the garage! The way I read it is everyone pretty much needs to go through the bathroom to get to two of the bedrooms.

It appears to be a corridor on a spiral......

Egads! You're right. I scanned it too quickly. No access to the garage at all save through the barn door...!

I think they have forgotten to draw a door from the living room into the central hallway. I agree that it is a nightmare-ish layout. What the **** is a bonus room?

You may joke about this but I've seen such horrors whilst house hunting. Bungalows advertised as three bedrooms but with a conservatory off one bedroom.
I've also seen houses previously owned by Goths...gonna need a lot of white paint...
But worst of all, garages with garage doors but a wall behind as they've converted it into a 'bonus' room... criminal!

What's the difference between Iron Man and Aluminium Man.
