OK, so picked the Spyder up today and so far it has matched all expectations. The car is fast, well planted and a joy to drive. The F1 gearbox is better than I expected although it does seem to get caught out if you are inconsistent on it's use. My car has a modified exhaust which I love, just the right amount of noise when asked with a lovely pop back when off throttle, my only criticism is that it has a bit of a drone a low revs, 2k ish, easily sorted by using more

Need to get a few more miles under my belt to understand the best way to drive it, but it might be difficult over the next few days as I am supposed to be on a family holiday. In fact I was surprised I managed to get the day off to go and collect.

Time will tell but so far all the signs are positive, although the bank manager sees it slightly differently
