Well I watched it and loved the blue Aston - not the colour mind, its sort of French Blue..............I dont do french........
That Japenese thing looked like an overgrown 370Z - oh it is a Lexus, pretty sure it would be superb but a bit overpriced, the Viper (what a name! sounded good on 8 cylinders let alone all 10. I wouldnt buy one but would love to have one.

£350k for a Lexus? The Aston has to win, IMHO.

Having said that, the Lexus assist thing was *very* cool.

I enjoyed last night's much more than last week's. I loved the Aston colour, thought it looked so much better than the 'old man burgundy' version they had in the studio. Mick Fleetwood was an enjoyable interview (for once) - I'm marginally too young to know much about Fleetwood Mac but he was an interesting character.

Oh, and if anyone was ever in doubt about the fact that they deliberately put the best looking girls at the front of the audience - a very attractive girl from my office was in the audience behind Clarkson during the news section and described how she was 'pimped about' for the show to stand in certain places!

Yeah I enjoyed it, the "Noel Coward " put down for Hammond was good.............re-inforced the insane attitude to everything in the USA....of course you can buy a semi-automatic weapon(s) and 10000 rounds..........but not allowed to drive in the wilds above 35mph.......the lunatics are running the asylum......

Mick was good.......but way to after the even...think if interview during the early 80s

Oh for a slightly stronger gust of wind... there's a Marilyn Monroe moment just waiting to happen! (that's my dirty old perv moment out of the way for today).

Agree re the Aston. Wrong colour, but what a car. On which planet, though, could the Lexus be worth nearly twice as much as the Aston? Sure, I've no doubt it's an incredible feat of engineering but for style and panache the Aston leaves it for dead.

Is it French Racing Blue? Looks identical to the blue offered on the XKR-S.

The colour is a matter of taste: I'm glad that it comes in that colour and I'd love to see one in that colour. But if I was specing one new (after that Eurobillions lottery win) then I'd probably go for something a little more under-stated.

It was a very good show last night. Aston for me too, did any one else keep thinking the Viper was a GTS with those back lights???

I think that was what I saw on the montage last week.

Dodge, being owned by FIAT, when do we get the V10 in the Maser? (probably the only Yank engine I would accept in an Italian car)

Not sure of the colour as can not find it on the website........I really like it though...But then I like the 3200 that was in that colour and the 911 GT3's you could get in it as well....Plus I suppose my M3 is not far off that colour also...

The GT3s look great in it, yours too. Somehow it jars a bit on the Aston, not sure why.

Though if one turned up on the drive with my name on it I'd not grumble. :D

I thought it was pretty crud last night - far too much about those 3 motors and no other content. I don't really care whether they had a nice holiday driving gorgeous cars around America at our expense. Usual dullard mates timed in a **** car for no other reason than Clarkson has lunch with them, they need to flog a film or they once sang a song in the 70's and have an immense car collection off the proceeds.
Please could we get back some humour - how about torching a few caravans or whipping cream with a V12 - alas these will only be available just before christmas for Aunty to buy little Jonny as a stocking filler and hence increase the presenters nest eggs.

ps. That blue is nicked from a Fiat 20v Coupe

pps. was The Stig too busy this week or has even he/she lost the will?

The Nissan GTR makes the Toyota look like the overpriced indulgence it really is. Did I hear knobhead say they loose loads on each one built. I would have thought for a halo car they could have picked a prettier body, Better than last weeks effort but only just.
