How that airport got certified for operations with so many flaws in it's Safety Management System and lack of contingency plans is beyond me! Oh and you can never 'electronically' move a glidepath, maybe the angle but definitely not below the surface. It's all physics!! Also if an aircraft is handed over to another airport, and the aircraft get no response, they would go back to the last frequency and report back in. See it's got me started already!!! Does my Head in that film. Bruce redeemed himself in Fifth Element.
