Got started on the prep today. All the wheels have been off and thoroughly cleaned, the brake disc hubs have been resprayed, a new interior door panel fitted and about 500 stone chips touched up. Just got to wash it, Hoover out the inside and then pack all the cr4p required to stop the french pork fining you. A work in progress.

I had all the wheels off mine yesterday and took the opportunity to look at the tyres. After 2000 hard miles the front Goddyears had absolutely no discernible wear. All the surface sipes were present and correct even though they are only a mm deep. The rears have just about worn the surface sipes away but all the tyres are perfect across the tread. I suspect this shows that the tracking and set up is nigh on perfect. Happy days!

The good news is that it wasn't too far out - the guy at WiM said that it was within acceptable tolerances but that Maserati have very tight parameters. He was pleased that everything adjusted up to within spec. Those Hunter machines are quite impressive!
Here's the sheet :

Cleaned the leather and touched in the the bit of colour wear on the bolster. Thought about doing the stone chips but it will get more at Le Mans so will do them when I get back.

I have got an ABS, MSP and active ride warning lights on.

Do you think its to do with painting my hubs in situ?

Off to Mikes on Monday I suppose?

You've put it back on its wheels, done a battery reset and a few turns of the wheels?

Sorry I am a little unsure what you mean

Here is the history

Day before BIAMF in April the bridge can unit blew which meant that my dash/sport/auto and all associated functions went out. I drove the car anyway.

Maverick on here had an electrician at work who looked at the bridge can unit a replaced some capacitors.

I installed it on the car and it would not start. I thought it had blown the ECU. It turned out it blew about 4 fuses, replaced these and the car started.

Ordered a new bridge can unit put it in and voila, the car started and my dash was back albeit for the airbag lights but these probably need just resetting after the bridge can unit/fuses replacement.

The car was up on my ramp so did not drive it. I had the wheels refurbed and also painted the disc hubs in situ with spray paint, masking up disk and calipers.

Fitted the new exhaust yesterday so it came off the ramp after several months up in the air.

Started the car, just showing airbag light, but as soon as I move the ABS/MSP/SUSPENSION lights come on.

It may just need its codes clearing from all the electrical issues as the airbag does but it is worrying me.

One other thing I have noticed on pulling away I get a weird sound from under the nearside rear, a humming noise that changes pitch with the increase in speed.

Typical right before Le Mans.

Hmm
I'm assuming on the ramp, it was on its wheels.

My understanding is that ABS type faults sometimes need a few revolutions of the wheels to clear, but does rather sound like you've already driven it with no improvement. Definitely not what you need!

Sorry probably not much help

I surprised you can hear a humming with the noise coming out of the back! FWIW, I painted my hubs and I got no lights on the dash. Get the codes cleared and see how you get on.

Humming noise increasing with speed could be a wheel bearing.
You have had your fair share of niggles.

No chance of Mike taking a look over the weekend as an emergency? Might just need a SD reset if you've changed out a load of parts.
