Hi All

I wanted to fit lunch in as we can make a proper day off it like we have done in the past.....i have managed to secure a private room to accommodate all on the list and some at The Cock O the North in Hatfield, its not far from the hotel so we can go have lunch and a nice country lane drive (or A1 for those who want direct drive) to hotel after.

I have booked it for 2pm.....many of us will prob start gathering by 1:30
I have paid a deposit for the room only and didnt want to pay for meals as thats complicated so individual menu and settling your own bill will be needed on the day.

Car park is big so no issues with parking your pride and joy

If poss please add "LUNCH" next to your names just so i get a good idea of numbers on the day, anyone not on the list is still very welcome to join us for lunch, just add your names.

Last time we were there, it had both been raining and was frozen! Whole carpark was a black ice rink! Much hilarity ensued...
