Cereal? Porridge? Anything else??

Boring thread this guys but im getting fed up of my brekkie every morning

I always seem to be eating All bran and some weetabix....

I dont like porridge, and other cereals such as crunchy nut are my favourites but full of sugar

So, what do you guys have for brekkie every morning?
If you have any at all that is, i for one have to as i get hungry again come 12pm

According to research, best breakfast, is Eastern European. Ham, cheese, good bread, jam, and a juice.

Seriously though:
School day: SpecialK plus some nuts on top, a decaf coffee.
Weekend: Bacon sandwich, a decaf coffee.
Hangover: 2 Sausage 'n' Egg McMuffins, a decaf coffee usually followed with an emergency toilet break some 30 mins later.

Are we talking natural life expectancy? Eastern Bloc, do live a long time.
Its funny, Russia buys loads of cereal grain, off USA.

This is down to medical care, surely? I have been to Eastern Europe. Believe me, there are lots in their 90's! Depends where they come from in the Bloc. Lot of poverty, brings the numbers down.
According to that chart, we are near enough the same as Italy! No way is that correct! You meet the family in Italy, sons, daughters, father and mother, grand parants, great grand parants, and sometimes, great great grand parant!!
