Well, flew down to Gatwick, picked up the car. Drove faultlessly over 550 miles home. What a stunning machine, and that noise!
No60 is now up in Scotland.

Many congratulations Allandwf. Great to hear that an AC has found an enthusiastic owner. Special cars for sure.

Oh and if the posts above didn't make it clear.......

Will try and get some pictures up in the morning, and possibly as an omen, arrived at Gatwick to glorious sunshine, and followed us all the way back :)

It's a special day picking up a Maser, ones I'll cherish till the end of my time.

I have been fortunate to have 3 and the first was still the best.

It was 2006 and I flew to Newcastle as dawn came up.

Had to keep pinching myself all the way home that I owned a Maserati.

Pics please!

Allan - looks great. Are those larini exhausts or Tubis? Will look even better once you've got the wheels back to the right colour again!

It's a Capristo by all accounts, sounds lovely not had a chance to get under and look yet.. Wheels are actually body coloured, but yes they are on the "to do" list.
