Did a fasting day on Saturday and don't think I will be doing the second one this week.
Mind you although I am eating lots its all healthy. No chips or anything like that, its all local dishes all containing veg mainly grill and cooked in olive oil, its amazing food. Too much bread though.
Back on Sunday, fasting day on Monday then back to the routine.
Shame, I was starting to see some results too, one of my chins was definately missing. I am going to stick with it though, its not a 1 month diet for me, I am looking at the bigger picture.
that's the med diet.....no chips but virgin olive oil used in everything.......
