day 2......toast this morning.......

I've been doing this for 4 weeks now and I've lost a little over a stone.... It gets easier.

I always start with a high protein breakfast (2 poached eggs in a single piece of toast) as it means longer before the hunger kicks in! I found not trying to give up caffeine on day one helps too....

I couldn't beleive the second week. I had to get on and off the scales three times before I believed the results!

I've just returned from holiday where I had the week off fasting and to be honest I didn't like the break; I feel much more lethargic and less alert. So I'm back knit tomorrow and probably won't stop now.

Good luck, it's worth it!

Unfortunately Dem, it seems we are. Our misdemeanours of the past appear to be alive and kicking and waiting to bite us in the a55.

Dem,
Keep it up mate, the rewards will make you feel fantastic, so it's worth it in the long run. Just imagine all those admiring glances from the old ladies passing by..??
Cheers
