2nd Middle Age Crisis

This is it. I have finally flipped. I just went out and blew £3,000 on an Italian Super Bike (Carbon Fibre everything) and am starting training for a 1,000 mile ride from Lands End to John O'Groats next September. Who said you can't have more than one middle age crisis?????

That's still good going Urby. September is about as late as you want to be doing it and you only need to catch a couple of days when the wind's against you and it'll sap your energy so 2 weeks seems very prudent. Happy to join you on a few training rides is you're lacking company.
