Morning all, lovely to be back in my own bed except it wasn’t as the new mattress was very different so it was listless. Anyway a meeting in St. Albans for me this morning then to the dump with the old mattress etc.

Have fun all...

Good morning everyone, I'm glad to say I'm not going anywhere near an airport for two days...
Meeting some of the others at a cathedral, I think we're doing a a raid on the organ pipes, see which ones are best for the 4.7...

Hello everyone!
Watching some rugby with breakfast and hoping painkillers will kick in. I think that's a good thing because I've been gatting a reasonable amount of improvement on the left shoulder and arm from the trrapped nerve in my neck. It means I'm now feeling more sensation so getting the pain that was previously hidden. I'm also getting to use the shouldeer and arm more; yesterday I did my first 1k swim since the injury and it felt fine at the time and I wasn't going round in circles.
Looking forward to our own MLC arriving later. Steak and beer are in the fridge.
HapPea Saturday!

Morning all, problem with living in the country no power for 4 hours this morning which meant I missed the rugby but at the least the result was good

Stevie, good news about your shoulder, well done.

Afternoon, all. Quiet day today, shaking off the last of the jet-lag.

Morning all. Just waiting for some kind soul to arrive with champagne and vittels. Then off to the Spa for the better part of the morning. Dinner on the beach was ace, and no seagulls :)

Morning all....Looks like it's rain here most of the day. That will be nice when we watch Dan play football. Have a great day all.

Well, I'm glad I cut the grass yesterday - it's peeing down out in the wilds of East Anglia as well. The good news is, our freshly fixed chimneys seem to be keeping the water out, which is a big improvement. Indoor tropical rain-showers are a fine thing, but not in the dining room and man cave.

Have a good Sunday, all. May your days of rest be restful.

Morning all, I can concur; getting the roof fixed was money well spent, even changing the windows has kept the rain out, got the pebbledashing company here at lunchtime to price up redoing the back wall for us. I think the rain is set for the day.

Have fun all...

I must be in a weather bubble here... beautiful autumnal morning here in the Cotswolds.

Andy, move the game to the other side of the Severn... we have food, shelter and sun here!
