Morning, gym...what's one of those...I like exercise that doesn't take long. Been doing the 7 minute 7 month work out application on my phone ..... Not missed a day for 6.5 months and for me it has worked.

Morning all. Just prepping to fly back to blighty. Rather looking forward to being home, in honesty. Very successful trip, however.

That looks rather neat, Andy. Might well give that a try. Always harder in the winter months to get out and do stuff. I object to paying the exorbitant gym fees in London.

Have a good one, all

GOoooooooooood morning SportsMaserti! :)

Having just finished the 'good night' thread I see it's actually morning in blighty :)

Just waiting to board the VS12 back home. Upper class upgrade for less than a tank of fuel. Den of Josh on Thursday. Dave Gilmour on Friday. Cannot wait to be home!

Have a great day all!

Sounds like a good way to get home and good stuff to do when you're here, Catman. Lovely job.

Morning, all. Off to Stockholm this morning. Better get a shift on.

Have a good day, everyone.

Morning all, seems like just five hours since I went to bed, oh it was! Dropping reports first then down to Faversham Kent for meetings about two international trips looming fast!

Have fun all...

Buongiorno Signori,

Tricky balancing act between jobs today. Only three more days of this though.

Still waiting for JCT600 to give me a date to replace the springs. Driving tentatively until thats done on the worn tyres.

Have a good day all

Hello you lot!

Well, some geometry adjustments on my bike yesterday seem to have me riding faster and harder for longer, so the commute is even better for me. After all my complaining yesterday that the weight just doesn't seem to be shifting when I'm being very active... actually it seems I've lost about 7lbs in the last month or two. I hadn't checked for a while for fear of being demoralised, but it seems I'm definitely going in the right direction.

Catman, sounds like you've done very well for this week. Gilmour gig... jealous!

HapPea Wednesday!

Morning all,
Matt, as long as you're alive mate, that's the only information we need.
Test drove the Abarth 124 yesterday. Fun car but Mrs MLC gives it 7 out if 10.
Good exhaust note, and it uses the same engine as her MiTo... Got it to pop and bang at engine changes.

Proud day today as Alex started an apprenticeship at Turner & Townsend who are one of the top property engineering and project management firms in the UK. He's done really well to get in there and I'm chuffed to bits for him.

Congratulations to Alex for securing the apprenticeship and congratulations to you for saving £60k on uni fees and living costs over the next 3 years! My son also started an apprenticeship at an outstanding company a couple of months ago and is absolutely loving it.
