I regularly get myself checked by various quacks over the years and it's always 120/80... Likewise my resting heart rate is around 65-70...I don't do gyms just watch what I eat and get off my ar$€ at work, I'm supposed to do office work but I make sure I do 6000 steps a day. Diy landscape gardening this afternoon will help...

Morning all, last day off before 7 days straight. So making the most of it by doing sweet FA.
Weather is not brilliant either. pick up the dirty diesel later after its cam belt change. Last one was done around 80k as per SEAT spec, and now it's at 135k I think it's due for another. I bet 3200 owners are writhing at those mileages...

A very slow start to the day today. Couldn't get out of bed this morning.
May have something to do with the 9 hours of driving I did yesterday!

Today thus far all I've had to deal with is a load of sh*t! Which doesn't put you in the best of moods when you have to bawl at several people/companies for not doing stuff.
And breathe..........

Might pay a visit to the gym this evening to make an attempt to shift the lard put on on my honeymoon. Oh well, at least it was money well spent!

Morning all,

Just made it in the morning. Busy day doing handover stuff and trying to get the new team working in an organised manner. With 5 nationalities between 7 people in 5 different countries that's not the easiest thing to do.

Still down to just one job after tomorrow so that'll make things a little easier.

JCT600 have been invoiced for my springs so hopefully will be able get it booked in and the springs fitted before the run out on the 9th.

Yep. I queued for some hours on the RAH site for these. I've seen Pink Floyd twice. Mrs Catman never has. Very much last chance to see one of the greats
