Anyone replaced these on a 3200? Mine are trashed due to 15 years of Aussie sun. Foam has disintegrated and so have the edges. I can see them (remove rear seats..) but not sure whether the top grilles need to come out and don't want to use force. thoughts? Thanks, Toby
