Honestly, I’ve seen this and am quite relieved.
I thought I had a problem.
You do

We all agree on whisky though

I went to a house once for work and the owner had a two wine rooms.
One slightly chilled for white wine, and the other at the 'perfect' (whatever that is) temperature for storing red, although I was unaware of there being a difference.
Clearly you didn’t drink enough of them then!I know some of the wines that are being raved about and frankly I'd rather have ribena but that's just me

He must have have 5,000 bottles in each!
He also had a room which was kept humid for his cigars!
And wondered why his electricity bill was 5 grand a year! Lovely place though, just outside Tonbridge.
His driveway was longer than my road!
Clearly you didn’t drink enough of them then!
That’s quite a room Bebs and congrats. All wine for long term storage should be kept at 12.5 C ideally.
Cigars you say? Here is my walk-in humidor and smoking room:

Thank you for the compliment Geoff, very kind. A lot of thought and planning went into our build, I’ve now got grey hair!
Aged champagne is vastly underrated.. far too much is drink young on release. Even NV champagne benefit hugely from ageing further after release. I can well imagine how nice that Pol Roger 02 is. Well done you!I’ve just cracked into a case of 2002 Pol Roger I’ve had in bond since 2012 when it was released. It was a hard wait but my god it was worth it. It’s a beautiful wine, and I’m really sad I only bought the one case.
Oh don’t worry, I do all of those three on quite a regular basisDrink the wine, smoke the cigars, and swill the brandy to take your mind off it. I'm 99.99999% sure it will work!
