I’m not sure there was any point pitching the Roma against the Alfaholics car. I know that using logic is pointless now with TG but still, might as well have shown that an Alfa Selvio Quadrifoglio would have destroyed it too, at least then you can see the progress of technology and why it’s left it’s soul somewhere in a ditch.

completely agree, the actual review of the Roma against that Alfa was pointless and bad, it should have had a modern rival

I do like the GTV V6 earlier though......

I also don’t agree that the aroma is the prettiest in the last 20 years, we all have our own opinions on that but mine is the 458

Love the Alfaholics GTA-R but the price is bonkers, you could build a Bertie that is nearly as good in everyday for nearer to £100k. The Roma looked like a cross between an Aston and a Mere, have Ferrari run out of stylists? As for James Bond cars an early Aston DBS would get my money everyday of the week although I do love that Toyota 2000 GT

Loved the show but Paddy's pronunciation of Aston does my head in

Why have I got the sudden desire to chop the back off a Renault. Anyone know someone with one? :p

My Papa had an orange Renault 14 when i was a kid. He went for orange because it was cheaper! I’d love to still have that to chop in half!

Leave it!

The R11 was my second and third car

1.7 TXE Electronic 1985
1.4 Boston 1988

The TXE was a lovely car and quick too. Bucket seats, digital dash and voice alerts.

Harris’s was the 1.7, the other 2 were in 1.4’s...hence he won.

The Alfieri oops i mean Roma looks really nice. The first Ferrari that i have liked from launch for a long time. The California did grow on me but didnt grab my attention at launch. The only thing that looks a bit odd is the front grill on the one they had on the show was matching red rather than a contrasting colour.

The alfa and the aston were both interesting cars but bonkers money for what they are.

I agree. Actually enjoined today's TG. Having said that Roma not my cuppa at all, can't stand that front grill. Alfaholics I love that car, but you would have to have one **** of a car collection to even consider one at £250k+.
Bit gutted they didn't showcase the Rolls Royce Phantom III from goldfinger during the bond section.
Oh and is it just me or does someone else want a jet pack!

Jet packs will be banned soon. It will have to be an E pack powered by electric duct fans.

Loved it today, hate the presenters other than Harris but today’s got me smiling.....2 beautiful Alfa’s reason why

Agree Dem. I really enjoyed it. I think it was because the Bond Esprit was the car that got me into cars. Really enjoy the Bond piece.

Same here. The first pretty Ferrari since the 355. Makes all the others look over styled trinkets.
